Collective farm " Progress " is based in 1951. It was formed by association of four collective farms: "Pioneer", "October", " on May, 1 ", "Stalingrad". In 1997 it is transformed into agricultural production co-operative "Progress". Cooperative society " Progress " is in 7 kms from the regional center and in 70 kms from our capital. Chairman - Prokhorovô Nadezhda Efimovna. She holds this post since March, 2004. "Progress" is engaged in manufacture, processing and selling of agricultural production. The general ground area of our cooperative society - 1302 hectares. Arable lands make - 989 ãà on which raise grain and leguminous cultures, a potato and root crops. For processing grain crops in 1995 the triangular dryer is constructed, and in 1990 the covered current is asphalted. According to the regional newspaper  our cooperative society is among the best on productivity of agricultural cultures. It is confirmed with Diplomas for effective conducting the agricultural production, received in 1997 and 1999. In 1997 the cooperative society has been awarded with tractor.
