Meter with a bild-in capacitance position scade sensor (type M4264C, ÝB0702C)
 

      One of the latest meter models produced by the Company is the electromeasuring point-type meter having an extra output in the form of the electrical signal which depends on the pointer location. In Russia the construction of the meters is protected by patents 2122180, 2121135, 2121661.
     The high-sensitive capacitance-type sensor is a part of meter construction. The output signal of the sensor depends on the scale angle of the point-type meter; being converted it is applied to the output of the meter. The designers made their best to increase the sensivity, electronic anticountermeasures, reliability and compactness of the capacitance-type sensor and to reduce it's price.
     Several types of meters with an extra output were designed for the solution of problems in power engineering, industrial process control and life safety and healf requirements of the consumers. The meters are moving-coil device with an intracoil magnet, movable part fixed in bracings or suspended pivots.

     1. Meter with an extra output and a linear conversion of the input signal.
     The output signal og the hight sensitivesensor of pointer location may be changed in the range of 0-10 V, 0-5 mA, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA.
     It is suitable to use such meters in data gathering and industrial process control systems.

     2. Meter with several extra outputs, each having maximum at the specified input signal out.
     The meter may be used in such systems when it is necessary to point several.

     3. Meter with two extra measuring channels for rought (continuous) and accurate (discrete) determination of pointer location.
     It allows to define the value of the input signal of the meter and the location of the pointer with high accuracy (2% and more).
     Is suitable to use the meters in data gathering and control system when it is necessary to define the accurate and stable pointer location and/or input signal value.

     4. Meter with an extra digital output when the code is in correspondence with the pointer location, with output code of 4 or 5 digits from with output signals corresponding to AS and LS logics.
     The meter may be used as a threshhold device or a position scale sensor in the system of industrial process control with accuracy 5-6%.
